The Parking Regional Manager in a healthcare setting is responsible for overseeing multiple hospital and medical campus parking operations, ensuring efficient traffic flow, exceptional patient experience, and compliance with healthcare standards. This role blends operational leadership, customer service excellence, and team development across assigned locations.
- Supervise site managers, supervisors, and frontline staff (valet runners, attendants)
- Identify high-potential employees and support growth into leadership roles
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs
- Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling across all sites
- Manage regional budgets, payroll, and revenue performance
- Track KPIs such as throughput, wait times, customer satisfaction, and incident rates
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality
