Who am I?
As a native of Alaska, born in Petersburg, Martin Klein has been in the parking business since 1980 and brings extensive operational experience in Alaska. His experience includes managing on and off-street municipal parking in Fairbanks. For twelve years, Martin also served in the administration of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, having responsibility for several of the University’s auxiliary departments including vehicle fleet and shuttle operations, custodial and parking services. Since 1997, Martin has partnered with Republic Parking in managing their airport operations in Alaska, and he currently oversees our operations in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau, as well as operations in North Dakota and Montana. An avid cyclist and cross-country skier, Martin is a strong promoter of Alaska and brings a level of experience keeping operations running smoothly in tough conditions that is unmatched.
